Here's what I had written up:

Wages-of-Tin

Original post:
"He started out as a common laborer, but the only thing that the clan could pay him with were pieces of tin. When he found out that he couldn't buy anything with tin, even food, the WOT got very angry and declared that "the wages of tin is death!" from which he gained his new name. It was at that point that WOT stopped being a worker and decided to become a labor organizer. So far it hasn't caught on among the other goblins, though."

Ideas:
He is (sometimes) the blacksmith's apprentice. He is often going "on strike" though.

He likes making pewter incarnations of various monsters and adventurers. He has also been known to craft larger metal sculptures. In fact he has lobbied (unsuccessfully) for the clan to make the sacred statues out of metal instead of out of stone.

When he does work for the blacksmith he is often found making smaller bronze or iron implements -- spear and arrow heads, daggers, and the like.

He often complains about lack of adequate health and dental benefits, as well as "vacation" and other benefits.

He is also concerned about the "violence inherent in the system" and is something of a pacifist. He is not totally unrealistic, though, and he has been known to fight for the clan. He generally wields a sign saying "No justice, no peace!" or some such slogan.

Wages is an orange goblin with a red IME. He has a raffish shock of red hair, too, with no earrings or other jewelry (they are soo bourgeois). He wears raggedy tan leggings and a light green vest.

Father is Bangs-Loudly the current blacksmith. Mother is Hopes For Change -- a goblin who, in her youth, often agitated for changing some of the hidebound ways of the clan. Hopes For Change has calmed down a lot from her youth and is now in charge of the younglings creches and early education.

Weapon:
Wages of Tin wields a sling with metal sling bullets. He has been known to use a flail, too.

Yes, MinMax went up several notches in my estimation.

I was supposed to write up a more involved backstory and I still haven't gotten around to it.
