Dale and I were discussing the table-top glory days and came up with an idea that we may be able to use.
http://www.fantasygrounds.com/ This is a virtual table top for pen-and-paper style role-playing. If used to full potential, it can store character sheets, maps, misc data... and it provides a real-time shared table top upon which people can roll the dice and everyone can see the results. It has built in communication features and a lot more cool stuff. Please check out the features section to learn more. If we could find times to meet (even occasionally) this would help resolve combat and give an old time feel to the game. There is a small licensing fee for this application but I feel it is totally worth it. You even get a discount (up to 60%) if you purchase them all together.
